Willie Villanueva went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 12, 2022. He departed his life at the age of 92. He was born on November 18, 1930, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Felix and Isabel Villanueva. He lived at Autumn Winds Assisted Living in Winnsboro, 2019, with his wife, Mary of 66 years. He was well liked by the residence and staff. He was always
picking on them and making them laugh.

He lived in Seabrook, TX for 50+ years raising his family. He started a business, Boat Bottoms, where he refinished boats. He learned this trade as a boy at the waterfront marinas in Corpus Christi. He joined the Army in 1949 during the
Korean War.

He loved boating, fishing, dancing and watching the Astros and the Texans. They moved to Coke, Texas in 2008 to live with their daughter and son-in-law (Annie and Sherman McNown) when Hurricane Ike destroyed their home and
business of 28 years. While living in Coke, Texas he learned the farm and ranch life. He liked to talk about the cow he was able to get through the gate.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Dora Lerma, Vidala (Chita) Luevano, Mary Garcia, Celia Saldana, and Chelo Delgado; brothers, Felix I, Felix II, Fred and Tony Villanueva.
