Obituary for Tim Eugene McCown
Mr. Timothy Eugene McCown, age 68 of Winnsboro, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at his home. He was born on December 15, 1953 in Dallas to Henry McCown and Marie McCown.
Tim was a retired off shore rig operator and member of Texas Avenue Baptist Church in College Station, Texas
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Gene "Jack" McCown.
He is survived by his loving mother, Marie McCown of Winnsboro; daughter, Alisha Byerly of Frisco; sisters, Jackie Coffman and Angela McCraw both of Winnsboro and two grandchildren, Hunter and Laney Byerly.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Clearwater Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm at Clearwater Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Holmes conducting. Interment will be at Clearwater Cemetery in Winnsboro.
