Obituary for Shirley Fae Bull (Burrus)

Shirley Fae (Burrus) Hageman Bull, age 92, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2022.
Shirley was born on September 27, 1929, to Hazel W. and Nova Evans Burrus of Yankton, SD. In 1935, the Burrus family relocated to Sedalia, MO where Shirley attended school and graduated from Smith-Cotton High School.
On May 23, 1951, Shirley married Harley W. Hageman of Sedalia.Together, they raised two sons, Gary Mike and Randy. In May 1969, Shirley was widowed. During her career, Shirley spent many years working at the 3rd National Bank of Sedalia where she retired as the Bank Officer in Charge of the Savings Department. Additionally, Shirley attended Emmanuel Evangelical Reformed Church in Sedalia. In October 1972, Shirley married her later love, Glen C. Bull of Kansas City, MO and relocated to Edwards, MO where she lived until 1998, at which time she moved to Keller, TX to be near family.
Shirley will be fondly remembered for her love of dancing, playing games, quilting, reading and
enjoying time with her friends and family. Shirley is survived by her sister Judith Sartorio, son Randy Hageman (Sheri), daughter Sandy Harris, daughter in law Pam Hageman, and son Gary Bull; five grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Hazel and Nova Burrus, spouse(s) Harley Hageman and Glen Bull, her sister Virginia Burrus Eckhoff, her brothers Bill Burrus and Jim Burrus, her son Gary Hageman, son in law Ed Harris and grandson Greg Mayhew.
