Survivors include her parents, Jace and Phylesha Tabor of Elk City, OK; sister, Payton Tabor of Elk City, OK; grandparents, Melinda and Jesse Hackett of Winnsboro and Jimmy and Marianne Tabor of Elk City, OK; uncle, Derick Berkley and aunt, Kadie Tabor.
