Mrs. Horner was loved by her family and will be deeply missed. She was a faithful servant to God and a member of Abundant Grace Assembly of God in Mt. Vernon. Football season had her attention on the clock and if her husband Rev. Horner didn't speed things up from the pulpit you might find her out the door to watch the start of her beloved Dallas Cowboys. Pat played the piano in the church and shared that joy with her daughter Deana. Mrs. Horner was preceded in death by her parents O.L. and Lillian Meadlin; husband Rev. Johnny L. Horner. She is survived by her son Jerald Horner and wife Elaine; daughter Deana Van Story; daughter Darla Posey and husband Rodney; 5 grandchildren Denae Kane and husband Daniel; Jessica Denise Van Story, Jonathan Posey, Mark Horner, and Emily Horner; sisters Madeline Little, Lina Mae Ransome, and Billie Ann Stout and husband Henry.
