Jimmy Rinard Poole, 82, of Winnsboro, passed into the loving arms of his Savior on Sunday morning, October 4, 2020. He was born on May 7, 1938 in Olla, La. to the late Vernon Poole and Willie Thomas Poole. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Trout, La. After his retirement, Jimmy spent the last twenty years as manager of Pistol Mill Campground on Lake Bob Sandlin. He referred to his job as his year around vacation. Jimmy is survived by his wife Patricia and children Jana Robertson of San Angelo, Leese Hurtt and husband Burt Hurtt of Little Elm, Lisa Via and husband Jimmy Via of Mt. Pleasant and son Mark Ward and wife Jill of Quitman. He also leaves six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. One brother, Wilbur Roy Poole and sister, Mary Coon, nephew Tommy Coon and niece Jenny Lynn of Jena, La. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Tx. E.J. Via, Charles Grube, Zachary Grube, Michael Payne, Hayden Fox and Alex Grube will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cypress Basin Hospice, Inc., P.O. Box 544, Mt.
