She was a licensed manicurist, a seamstress and worked at Mineola Packing Company for nine years. Her hobbies were making quilts and crocheting Afghans. When she was young, she loved square dancing. But most of all she loved her family. She made the best dumplings and gravy and biscuits in the world! She loved Elvis Presley, Andy Williams, Marty Robbins and all their music. She rarely missed a Ranger’s game, but she had a big crush on Aaron Judge. She could stick a stick in the ground, and it would grow. The highlight of her year was Memorial Day service at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and everyone that knew her loved her and of course she will be greatly missed by all until we meet again around the “Throne of God”.
