Carol Lee Woertink Kerwin, left this life on earth on March 29, 2023. She was born in Adrian Village, Minnesota on September 11, 1937. She is survived by her son Kirk Kerwin and wife Donna of Winnsboro, Tx., daugher Kathi Brown and husband Walter of Lufkin, Tx., 5 grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Kerwin, daughter Kelly Lindsey, parents Jim and Marion Woertink, brother Richard Woertink, and sister Pat Woerlink Poe. Carol was a member of the Elizabeth Denton English chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a homemaker and took great joy in providing a tidy home and weed free yard. She loved her family. Carol loved shopping for bargins and antiques. Every first Monday you'd see Carol at Canton Trade Days searching for old Cracker Jack toys to add to her collection. She had an idylic childhood in California and never ran out of happy tales and reminiscing. Her faithful dog Gunner stayed by her side and has always given her unconditional love.
