Obituary for Brenda Kay Walton (Harrington)
Brenda Kay Harrington Walton, age 65, passed away peacefully at home after a lengthy illness on Monday, April 26, 2021 in Como, TX. She was born on May 4, 1955 in Shreveport, LA to Henry "Red" and Elizabeth Harrington. Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Danny Ezell Walton, Jr., her oldest daughter Christina Davis and husband Adam, her youngest daughter Tiffany Thompson and husband Brett, and her three grandchildren Benjamin, Kailey, and Allison.
On any given day you could find Brenda in her yard caring for her beautiful flowers. Brenda had an uncanny ability to be the ultimate hostess and life of the party. She lived a life full of simple pleasures of conversations and shopping trips with her friends and family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, and a best friend that will be missed dearly.
We would like to give our special thanks to the numerous loving and caring nurses that devoted their time to our family throughout the years, especially to Jenny Bates for her unconditional care and love to our family for over two years.
In lieu of flowers, Brenda has requested that donations be sent to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, (www.michaeljfox.org) in Memory of Brenda K. Walton.
