Obituary for Kenneth Wagner

Kenneth Wagner was born in Sulphur Springs, TX on February 13, 1938, to the late Joe Wagner and Willie Chloe Kennedy. He went home to be with the Lord on December 8, 2022. Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Lou Hooks Wagner and brother, Glen Wagner. He is survived by his son; Robert Wagner and wife Rena of Winnsboro, TX, daughter; Robin Averett and husband Jimmy of Mineola, TX, grandchildren; Lacy Guerrero and husband Ryan of San Jose, CA, Molly Arnold and husband Ty of Midway, TX, Mitchell Joe Wagner of Winnsboro, TX, Lane Kennedy Averett of Mineola, TX, great grandchildren; Declan Guerrero, Rowan Guerrero, Quinn Guerrero, sister in law; Patsy Brooks of Waco, TX, nephews; Kevin Brooks of San Angelo, TX, Blake Brooks of Georgetown, TX.
Kenneth served on the Mineola City Council and Mineola Independent School Board. He was a Texas State Highway Patrol Officer for seven years. Kenneth Kenneth was a Master Mason, and a Member of Mineola Lodge #502 for 57 years. He lead the Lodge as Worshipful Master in 1970. He also served as the Jr. and Sr. Warden and was appointed
to the position of District Deputy Grand Master of District No. 11, of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Texas in 1972. He received his 50 year service certificate and pin in September of 2015 Kenneth retired from Trinidad Benham. He enjoyed quail hunting, nature and times with friends and family.
