Selene Delgadillo, age 8 of Mineola, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2021 in Tyler. She was born on June 20, 2013 in Longview to Arnulfo Delgadillo and Maria Delgadillo. She was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Mineola. Selene was preceded in death by grandfather, Deacon Fidencio Ramos. A 3rd grader this year 2021. She was very sweet daughter, sister, granddaughter. Very helpful, kind, smart and very excited about learning new things. She loved rainbows, unicorns, and stuffed animals. An exceptional daughter always outgoing and very religious praying the Holy Rosary with the family every single day. Singing praises to our Lord her creator and savior. For this we are certain in our faith that she is in heaven now watching over us and that one day we are all going to see her again in Jesus Name.
She is survived by her parents, Arnulfo Armando Delgadillo and Maria Cecilia Delgadillo; grandparents, Amelia Ramos, Manuela Roman and Francisco Delgadillo; brother, Rafael Esteban Delgadillo, Bianca Sofia Delgadillo, Mariana Delgadillo, and Camila Alexis Delgadillo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX 75773 with a rosary service to follow at 6:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church 203 Meadowbrook Mineola, Texas 75773 at 11:00 am, Father Lawrence Love conducting. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Garden in Mineola, with Jaime Delgadillo, Francisco Delgadillo, Saul Ramos, Emeterio Ramos serving as pallbearers.
