Mr. Billy Allen, age 82 of Mineola, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Quitman. He was born on February 11, 1936 in Sherman, Texas to the late Ira Allen and Velma Lance Allen. He was a retired salesman.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Ruth Allen of Mineola; sons, Zachary L.Allen of Mineola, Rod Allen of Mineola and Jason Allen of College Station; three grandchildren, Peyton, Reid and Ainzley Allen.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
