Curtis Ervin  Brown
Mr. Curtis Brown, age 78 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, July 24th, 2017 in Tyler, TX. He was born on July 23rd, 1939 in Golden, TX to the late Mark Brown and Gladys Walterhouse Brown. Mr. Brown was a retired banker from Bank Of America. He was a member of the Winnsboro Church of Christ, where he served as a Deacon, and was a member of the American Legion of Winnsboro. He was preceded in death by parents; son, Clint Brown and brother-in-law, Neil Brown. Mr. Brown is survived by, wife, Margaret Brown of Winnsboro; son, Wes Brown and wife Angela of Dallas; daughter, Carisse Burwell and husband Terry of Midland; five grandchildren, Maggie, Carson, Kayleigh, Hayden and Taylor.. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017 at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494 at 2:00 pm, with Mr. Gerald Elliott conducting.
