Obituary for Jerry Ballem
Mr. Ronald "Jerry" Ballem, age 83 of Mineola, passed away on Saturday, July 8th, 2017 in Mineola. He was born on July 8th, 1934 in Ft. Worth to the late Joe Ballem Sr. and Ila Mae Perrin Ballem. He was a retired manufacturing rep and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Marilyn Ballem of Mineola; son, Scott Ballem of Brady, Texas; daughters, Dana Roy and her husband, Bobby of Grapevine and Kari Stanley of Zebulon, NC; brother, Joe L. Ballem Jr. of Ft. Worth; six grandchildren, Robin Guess, Lindsay Young and husband John, Scott Stanley, Garrett Stanley, Kayson Ballem and Cohen Ballem and two great grandchildren, Charlotte Young and Tommy Young.
A memorial reception will be held on Saturday, July 15th, 2017 at the family residence From 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of East Texas using the donation tab on this page.
