Mrs. Frances Kenney, age 92 of Winnsboro, passed away on Tuesday, May 9th, 2017 in Winnsboro. She was born on January 9th, 1925 in Wood County to the late Jim Turner and Gussie Mae McKern Turner. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joe Turner; sister, Mildred Adams; two infant siblings; and two great grandchildren, Madison and Nicholas Norton. Mrs. Kenny is survived by daughters, Linda and Steve Newman of Winnsboro, Kathy and Dean Mitchell of Holly Lake Ranch; four grandchildren, Scott Adams, Shane and wife Ruth Adams, Dena and husband Matt Norton and Macy and wife Nina Mitchell; ten great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2017 at Hopewell Cemetery CR 4870 Winnsboro, TX 75494 at 2:00 pm, Rev. David Taylor conducting. Grandchildren serving as pallbearers.
