Carrie Lou Elmore (Harris)
Carrie Lou Elmore, age 75 of Winnsboro, passed away on Friday, April 7th, 2017 in Winnsboro. She was born on December 25th, 1941, in Prescott, Ark, to the late Owen I.P. Harris and Lillian Lucille Delaney Harris. She was a retired keypunch operator for over forty years and was a member of the Winnsboro Church of Christ. Mrs. Elmore was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Alvis Harris and Lavonne Harris; sisters, Joyce Welch, Polly Lewis, and Sue McGlone. She is survived by, husband, Eppie Elmore of Winnsboro; sons, Alan Elmore and wife Nell of Winnsboro, Johnny Elmore and wife Melissa of Winnsboro and Steve Elmore and wife Ashley of Mt. Vernon; seven grandchildren, John Elmore, Zane Hardecky, Jarret Elmore, Hannah Elmore, Gem Elmore, Kai Elmore, and Keltyn Elmore; one great grandson, Roper Elmore and numerous nieces and nephews.. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14th, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Winnsboro Church of Christ 601 E. Coke Rd. Winsnboro, TX 75494. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 14th, 2017 at Winnsboro Church of Christ 601 E. Coke Rd. Winsnboro, TX 75494 at 11:00 am, with Mr. Gerald Elliot and Mr. Steve Ridgell conducting. pallbearers will be, John Elmore, Zane Hardecky, Jerret Elmore, Hannah Elmore, Gem Elmore, Kai Elmore, Keltyn Elmore, Roper Elmore, and Gina Howton.
